Research-use policy.

Permitted context

Materials may be requested by legitimate research organizations, laboratories, educational institutions, and qualified independent researchers capable of conducting lawful non-clinical research. Purchasers must have appropriate training, facilities, controls, approvals, and waste-disposal procedures for the work performed.

Prohibited uses

• Human or veterinary consumption, administration, injection, implantation, or application.
• Diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease.
• Compounding, pharmacy, clinical care, or use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or household products.
• Resale, promotion, relabeling, or transfer for any prohibited purpose.
• Any use prohibited by federal, state, local, or other applicable law.

Purchaser review

We conduct reasonable, risk-based review using the information supplied by the requester and other information available to us. We cannot independently certify every organization, researcher, representation, or eventual use. That limitation does not remove our right or responsibility to investigate concerns, request records, restrict quantities, refuse a transaction, or report activity when required.

Documentation and testing

• A certificate or analytical report applies only to the exact lot identified in that document.
• We publish a result only when corresponding documentation is available for that batch.
• Purity and identity are distinct measurements; one should not be treated as proof of the other.
• Website imagery, illustrative labels, and generalized descriptions are not substitutes for batch-specific records.

No use instructions

Off-White Labs does not provide dosing, route-of-administration, therapeutic, human-use, veterinary-use, or personal reconstitution instructions. Requests for that guidance may be declined and may affect purchaser eligibility.

Questions about a lot, document, shipment, or suspected misuse should be sent to support@offwhitelabs.com. Include the lot or invoice number when available, but do not send medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
