Privacy policy.
This policy explains how OFF-WHITE LABS LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the Off-White Labs website and order-request process.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and organization information, including name, title, organization, work email, phone number, website or professional profile, and shipping region.
- Request and transaction information, including requested materials, quantities, research category, verification context, invoices, payment status, shipment details, and communications.
- Technical information that hosting, security, and form services may collect, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and basic server logs.
- Information you voluntarily send to us. Do not submit patient records, medical histories, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
2. How we use information
- Review and verify purchaser requests.
- Communicate about requests, invoices, orders, documentation, and support.
- Process payments and fulfill accepted orders through service providers.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited use, and security incidents.
- Maintain business, tax, compliance, and transaction records.
- Improve website performance and respond to legal obligations.
3. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information and do not currently use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose the minimum information reasonably necessary to hosting and form providers, email providers, payment and invoicing services, shipping carriers, professional advisers, testing or compliance providers, and government authorities when legally required.
- Service providers may process information only for the services they perform for us.
- Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.
4. Cookies and analytics
The current website uses essential technical storage and hosting logs needed to operate and secure the site. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which sets cookies and records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring source, and device type. We use it to improve the site, not to build advertising audiences. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are switched off, and we do not deploy advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
We also keep our own first-party record of a visit: the pages opened, the order they were opened in, how long each page was visible, and the referring source. If you have joined our list, that record is linked to your subscriber entry, so we can see which materials our own audience reads about. It is held in our own database, is never sold or shared with a third party, is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and contains no IP address, device fingerprint, cursor movement, keystroke, or screen recording. Write to support@offwhitelabs.com and we will delete it.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for request review, fulfillment, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with you, or ask questions about our practices, by emailing support@offwhitelabs.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any available appeal process when applicable.
- Marketing permission is optional and separate from order communications.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing email using its unsubscribe method or by contacting us.
- Transactional messages about a request or accepted order may still be sent.
7. Children and external links
The website and products are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Third-party sites linked from our website have their own privacy practices.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Contact OFF-WHITE LABS LLC at support@offwhitelabs.com. Public location: Houston, Texas.
